The Susan G. Komen foundation announced that it was going to stop it’s grants to Planned Parenthood, grants that helped fund breast cancer screenings and awareness.
Whenever a close minded, right wing nut job tries to undermine Planned Parenthood I always go to their site and donate a few bucks. Apparently I’m not the only one.
Planned Parenthood is an important organization that’s worth fighting for. Head over to their site and kick in a few dollars if you can.
What I Watched: The Rules of The Game
I’ve seen this movie a bunch of times before and the thing that always blows my mind is that roughly 40 years after the invention of film, Jean Renoir made one of the best movies of all time. It’s like somebody painting “The Birth of Venus” 40 years after we started scratching vague figures of animals on cave walls.
