What I Watched: The Rules of The Game
I’ve seen this movie a bunch of times before and the thing that always blows my mind is that roughly 40 years after the invention of film, Jean Renoir made one of the best movies of all time. It’s like somebody painting “The Birth of Venus” 40 years after we started scratching vague figures of animals on cave walls.

This is so interesting, I would love to try something like this. I also wish this article was way longer. I feel like it could be expanded into a whole book about what this guy has done over the past few years.
